Resolved - Some messages were blocking the message flow. The loading problem is now over. The messages are now loading properly in the pickinglist !

We had an issue between 10:20 am and 12:33 am on our plateform. All contact elements (buttons, invitations, chat box, call box, ...) were displayed in English instead of configured languages in your iAdvize account (French, German, Spanish...) .
Our technical team has identified and developed a quick fix to mitigate this incident. You shouln't have this problem right now.
A new fix will be deploy in our next release in order to close and prevent this issue in the futur.

Resolved - The situation is now back to normal. Images in Facebook's private messages are loading correctly. Thank you for your patience.

Identified - We are currently experiencing is issue on our social platform. Facebook's private messages with images aren't loading properly in the picking list. This bug is present only on this kind of social messages.
Our technical team has mitigated this issue by disabling all images in private messages in order to prevent loading issue.
