Resolved - The sizing of our load balancers was not sufficient to handle the incoming traffic on our platform. Since the load balancers were overloaded, iAdvize was not reachable from 10:19 UTC+01:00. The problem has been solved by increasing our load balancers pool, everything is back to normal since 10:31 UTC+01:00.

Resolved - We need to develop a patch to solve this problem. It will take few days to develop and push it to production.
We close the incident for now and will change the social WhatsApp component status to green when the fix is live.
