WHAT & WHY
We will perform a major maintenance on our main database service. This action will be carried out in two steps.
The first will take place on Thrusday, January 19, 2022, between 07:00 to 08:00 CET and is used to prepare the second step planned in a few days.
These actions aim to improve maintainability, stability and performances of this database central to iAdvize platform.

IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS
- During this maintenance, access to the iAdvize platform (administration, discussion panel, mobile apps) may be impacted with non-blocking random errors/timeout.
- No modifications to platform features are expected.

HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE
If your agents and managers/administrators have planned to use iAdvize plateform this period, you will be concerned by this maintenance.
