Bots are no longer able to transfer or close conversations

Resolved

On January 17, 2023, from 12 to 3pm, we experienced instabilities related to the bots. Indeed, they could no longer transfer conversations to agents or close them.

At 3pm, the bots were operational again.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
