*WHAT & WHY*
Our technical team will be performing an update of our infrastructure dedicated to social channels in order to benefit from last security patches.
This will occur on Monday, June, 6, 6:00 - 8:00 UTC+2 (Paris timezone).

*IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS*
During this update:
- Receiving and sending of social messages from the conversation panel dedicated to agents will be temporarily cut off (Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Whatsapp, SMS, Apple Messages for Business).
- All social messages sent by visitors to human Agents or iAdvize based bots during maintenance will be well captured and put on hold. They will then be pushed to humans/bots for treatment at the end of the intervention.
- No modifications on platform features are expected.

*HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE*
During this maintenance:
- If your agents process conversions from social channels they will be affected by this maintenance. If not, the conversation panel will not be impacted.
- The iAdvize administration for Managers and Administrators will not be impacted.
